大人の方を対象としたレッスンで、個人のレベルに合わせてご指導させていただきます。音楽に合わせて踊って楽しさを一緒に感じてみませんか？レッスンでは、１曲（短い曲）踊ることを目標にします。また、約３か月ごとに新しい曲を学びます。

Lessons in English is available
This lesson is aimed at adults and will be tailored to suit the individual's level. Why not dance to the music and feel the fun together?
In the lesson, the goal is to dance one song (a short song). I also learn a new song about every three months.
There may be some people who find ballet to be difficult to get into, and are unable to take the plunge. Please come and experience it once. I'm sure you'll find it fun. We look forward to your participation.
